How do you ensure vinyl records aren't damaged during shipping?
We use specialized, heavy-duty corrugated cardboard mailers designed specifically for vinyl. Each record is reinforced with stiffener pads and bubble wrap to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit.
What is your return policy for opened media?
We accept returns on defective or warped vinyl within 30 days of purchase. However, due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns on opened records for 'change of mind' reasons.
Do you sell original pressings or modern reissues?
Mercury Records carries a curated mix of both. Each product page clearly labels whether the item is a 'Vintage Original' or a 'Modern Remaster' so you know exactly what you are adding to your collection.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our website or the carrier's portal to see real-time updates on your shipment.
