At Mercury Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound experience. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the records or equipment in their original packaging, ensuring all inserts and protective sleeves are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
